Previously published analytical results for the effects of a high-frequency laser field on hydrogen Rydberg atoms demonstrated that unperturbed elliptical orbit electron, generally is engaged simultaneously in precession orbital plane about direction and within plane. These were obtained while disregarding relativistic effects. In present paper, we analyze effect hydrogenic or ions linearly- circularly-polarized field, being an additional electron its own For linearly-polarized general case, where not perpendicular to showed can vanish at some critical polar angle θc We calculated analytically dependence angular momentum parameters field.
